The portrait signed in black ink To Michael Saltzman -With best regards Antonin Scalia. Framed with two printed pages from Young v. United States, one section highlighted. Sight of each sheet 7 1/2 x 5 1/2 inches (19 x 13.5 cm). Light rippling to the highlighted page. Not examined out of frame.
