Document signed. London: 11 February 1775. Two-page document on recto and verso of one folded sheet regarding payments to John Durand Esq. for provisions shipped and supplied to the islands of St. Vincent, Tobago, Dominica and Grenada the previous year, addressed to Richard Rigby, Paymaster. 14 3/4 x 9 1/4 inches (36 x 23.5 cm). Signed by the King at head of first page, co-signed by Thomas Townshend, 1st Viscount Sydney; Charles Wolfran Cornwall, later speaker of the House of Commons; and George Onslow, 1st Earl of Onslow in the body, with later pencil notations near these three signatures. Tipped with a hinge to backing, usual folds, loss to upper right corner, slight losses near the folds (which have some partial separations), docketed on verso.

Issued shortly before the outbreak of the American Revolutionary War, the present document relates to the victualling of British colonies in the West Indies.
