Decorated on the front with a circular dial with black Roman numerals surrounded by a bucolic mountainous landscape scene, either side decorated with a Limoges style enameled copper plaque depicting a mandolin player or a jester. Height 6 1/4 inches.

Decorated on the front with a circular dial with black Roman numerals surrounded by a bucolic mountainous landscape scene, either side decorated with a Limoges style enameled copper plaque depicting a mandolin player or a jester. Height 6 1/4 inches.
Each of the side enameled plaques appear to be in good condition; the case appears to be in good condition except the button is missing on the top and the gilding is worn; the clock does not appear to be in working condition and there is no winding key; there is a white enameled dial at the bottom of the movement that is loose.
