Farlow of London to Phair's specifications). The text and case in three-quarters morocco gilt by MacDonald, the spines tooled and lettered in gilt, marbled endpapers. 12 x 9 1/4 inches (32 x 24 cm); 193 pp., plates; plates. The boards and case rubbed and with a few scratches and shelfwear, light spotting to text and some foxing to mounts in case.
