Each of oval form, one depicting a mourning female figure clutching an urn with laurel leaf swags on a pedestal; the other standing figure of Cupid resting on a swagged pedestal, a quiver of arrows and a bow resting on the side, within a later painted and part ebonized frame. Sight height 12 1/4 inches (31.1 cm), width 8 3/8 inches (21.3 cm).
