[Boston: Adams and Nourse, 1784-5]. pp. 131-279, Evans 18589; the pagination continues in the subsequent volumes from pp. 281-746 with Adams and Nourse imprints dated through 1789 (the final volume, which completes the work, is Evans 21943 - for the entirety of the work including the 1783 first section not present here see Evans 18201). Bound in several volumes, each a folio, sizes vary, largest approximately 11 3/4 x 8 inches (30 x 20 cm). One volume bearing the signature of Caleb Strong, contains one duplicate section, stamps; Together with Resolves of the General Court of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, 1784-88, four volumes in 20th century cloth containing several imprints, the May 1784 volume with a general title with the Adams and Nourse imprint and with separate pagination (Evans 18602), the subsequent volumes each with a general title and separate pagination; And a 1784 Journal of the House of Representatives, paginated from 133-209 but bearing no imprint. The whole with stamps, small stains, etc. Not fully collated and sold as is. The lot eleven volumes.
