Nuremberg: Christoph Weigel, circa 1720. Vellum spine and corners, manuscript spine title, marbled paper boards. 15 1/2 x 10 inches; Engraved title, index, and 55 hand-colored maps, mostly double-page, some folding. Binding worn and soiled, with losses to the marbled paper and the vellum corners, a few of the maps with occasional pale staining, the color bleeding through the paper, a few short edge tears, map 31 with losses and restorations, large loss to the rear endpape; together with: JEDIDIAH MORSE.
