Cloth faded, lightly rubbed and soiled, slight lean, pale spotting throughout, lacking the folding map, tear and loss to flyleaves, old ownership markings and other annotations; together with: NORCROSS, FRANK W. A History of the New York Swamp. New York: The Chiswick Press, 1901. First edition. Publisher's orange cloth, gilt lettered spine. [4], 243, [5] pp., frontispiece, illustrations. Cloth lightly soiled, contents mildly toned with the occasional spot; and: WATTERSON, GEORGE. A Picture of Washington... Washington: William M. Morrison, 1840.
