Original cloth spine with marbled paper boards, pasted label on front cover, pasted printed label in Arabic on rear cover. 9 1/8 x 7 1/4 inches (23 x 18 cm); 88 numbered leaves (only partially completed), with drawings in pencil and crayon of aircraft and munitions, and with several cuttings and two pamphlets (these published by the School of Military Aeronautics, Cairo: 1918, on Aerial Photography and on Wireless) laid- or pasted-in. Covers detached.
Coursework notes prepared by a young second lieutenant, who was presumably studying to become a military pilot in the waning days of the First World War.
