"Pop" Hart's fluid and humorous touch is notable in this extemporaneous sketch of 1918, created during one of the artist's many trips to Trinidad in the 1910s. His pleasure in observing nuances of social interactions is apparent in this work.

Work is laid down to the back mount. Toned. Handling creases. Creases in the upper right, lower left, lower right and along the left edge. There is no further restoration under UV light.
