Rectangular, with an arched top, the icon with a white pellet border, the frame enameled with varicolored stylized flowers, foliage, and geometric motifs on dark green and oxidized silver grounds, the top centering a roundel depicting a seraphim with a gilt halo, with a white pellet borders.
